Role
We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to own Swaap’s product efforts. You will be the first PM of the company, this is a unique opportunity to shape the product culture within the company. Your decisions will have direct impact on the future of Finance!
Missions
Own product roadmap — from user research to UI/UX design to delivery
Build the product backlog based on user feedbacks, inputs from the team / stakeholders, benchmarks and analytics
Prioritize features
Build UI/ UX design
Run quality checks and evaluate impact
Evaluate and maintain the quality of Swaap’s product through continuous monitoring and testing.
Implement the product culture within the company.
Qualifications
3+ years experience as Product Manager in a startup with strong product culture
Experience working in an early stage startup
Passion for financial applications and the benefits of decentralization
Qualifications that make your application stronger
Experience working in DeFi or fintech industry
Experience working in B2C applications
Previous founder of a company
