We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our people- and tech-powered processes for the production and fulfillment of our at-home testing kits. With tens of thousands of kits shipped last year and a projected 2M+ this year, this is an opportunity to lead a critical aspect of a growing company.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing all aspects of the production of our kits and the fulfillment of orders - Managing relationships with suppliers and print partners - Identifying areas of improvement and working with the technical team to further scale processes - Leading, scaling, and managing the production team here in Cincinnati
To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience managing people - A technical background is a plus or the ability to interface with our technical team - An eye for design and high attention to detail - Strong background in logistics and inventory management - Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
