What You’ll Do

The Sales Manager for Real Estate will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and expanding relationships with real estate users & customers in India, including individual agents, teams, companies, agencies, developers, property portals, partners, and the wider real estate ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Indian real estate industry and sales process, excellent communication and organisation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Source and acquire a consistent stream of new users and paid subscribers for the Privyr application, focusing on the real estate industry in India
  • Drive customer growth through proper sales planning and execution
  • Build partnerships with key property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks,, and other applications commonly used by real estate agents
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with real estate agents, companies, portals, and other ecosystem players by attending industry events, exhibitions, and other online and offline events
  • Identify and own new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the usage and adoption of Privyr within the Indian real estate industry (and beyond!)
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate sales industry in India, including the main players, developers, influencers, platforms, and new projects
  • Be the first point of contact for the real estate industry in India, including requests for support, training, product enhancements, and issues
  • Schedule regular training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the Privyr platform, new features, and how it can be best used for real estate sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams across customer support and product development to ensure client needs are met and exceeded


  • Hungry and passionate go-getter with a genuine interest in sales technology, sales processes, and real estate sales
  • You’re a natural hunter that loves hitting and exceeding your sales targets without requiring much guidance or oversight
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Tech & product savviness is a must, you need to be able to give demos and explain how features work to non-technical audiences
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, account management, at a property portal, or similar function in the Indian real estate industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English plus at least one other local language (Hindi, Marathi, and/or Kannada)
  • Located in Mumbai, Delhi (or NCR), or Bangalore with connections to the local real estate ecosystem

Bonus Points:

  • You’re intimately familiar with the Indian real estate industry, having worked with an agency, broker, or ecosystem partner (such as at a property portal like 99acres, MagicBricks, or
  • You have a huge existing network of real estate agents, developers, property portal managers, and more
  • You can conduct trainings with influence and persuasion across topics like sales tips & tricks, product demos, and more
  • You have experience with B2B/B2C SaaS companies or products, ideally in a customer-facing role
