\n\n\nResponsibilities
\n- Build a stellar product marketing team.
- Work closely with product and business teams in helping achieve overall revenue goals, win-rate, customer usage, NPS and support successful new product launches.
- Product positioning: Ensure our core products are positioned in a differentiated manner vis-a-vis competition for each of the customer segments (Enterprise, CA, SMEs). Continuously do market research both on customers and competition to fine-tune our product positioning.
- Collaterals: Develop high-quality marketing collaterals that can be used for both internal (sales team) and external communications (campaigns)
- Training: Work closely with sales teams to train them on positioning the products correctly in front of customers, to increase the win rate.
- Pipeline: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the pipeline is generated on the back of solid marketing communication
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Setup CLM operations team that runs regular drip campaigns to improve the usage of the core products on a regular basis; work closely with the product team to improve CLM infrastructure and utilize the infrastructure to run and optimize campaigns on a continuous basis
\nMinimum Requirements
\n- 8+ years of enterprise software industry business experience, ideally in marketing, pre-sales, engineering, or product management
- Ability to present technical concepts and examples
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across departments and functions as applied to product launch activities
- Demonstrated ability with core product marketing skills in product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation
- Cross-functional project management skills, as you will be required to work with marketing, success, sales, and product teams.
- Customer-centric with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights to include in the marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing skills, with experience developing content / copywriting
- A strong executioner who likes to be a part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- MBA preferred
- Travel to events and/or other office locations may be required from time to time (once the travel restrictions are removed)
\nPreferred Requirements
\n- Experience working in the SAAS products and software product management
- Experience in technical sales or business development
- Experience marketing to B2B enterprise SaaS decision-makers
- Knowledge of the software sales cycle, product development process and enterprise sales functions.
