Who We Are
We’re a close-knit team of 18, working across five time zones, and we meet up 2-3 times a year to work, ideate and hang out (in 2022 it was London, Prague and Valencia).

What You'll Be Doing

To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to be the voice of our brand!
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Building, planning and executing marketing campaigns to build Opply's brand and acquire new leads through existing and new marketing channels
- Acquire and build relationships with relevant media and industry partners, and develop content for PR
- Develop and implement the content marketing strategy, adapting to current industry trends to produce social campaigns, podcasts, blogs and any other content - real ownership here!
- Assist in website development and maintenance - optimising content and messaging for SEO and lead conversion
- Research new ways to attract brands and suppliers, and help in creating a landscape picture of all customers, speaking on behalf of customers and Opply brand
- Develop marketing analytics tools to track results and communicate to the internal team
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Go above and beyond to be an Opply spokesperson, exceeding growth targets in line with achieving the overall business objectives
- Mentor and coach more junior team members, a real chance to shape the culture of our marketing team!
What Experience You Have
- 3+ years in a marketing role, working with consumer brands, scalable software or operationally complex products
- You have strong experience with building campaigns and strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
- You are highly analytical and data-driven - you can manage many complex parts of the marketing process, providing numerical updates to stakeholders
- You are highly resourceful and executional, happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
- You have a strong portfolio of successes across social media, e-mail marketing, paid media, SEO and content/copy
- Lead generation in a growing startup experience preferred
- B2B Marketplace experience preferred
- Experience in the food/consumer goods industry with brands and suppliers preferred

Compensation: Salary £40,000-50,000 + Equity
