Growth Team

The Growth team acts as the powerhouse of the company, ensuring the immediate needs of the customers are swiftly met and the future ones are translated into a product roadmap and deliverable projects.

Each member of the team combines a mix of programmatic, system engineering, and commercial skills with specific strengths.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for one of the main growth axis of the company. You will grow, manage and lead the team responsible for the sales and business development for satellite imagery and insights, as well as coordinate the associated product development.

What you need to be successful

• Satellite imagery and insights: strong commercial and good technical knowledge of satellite imagery and insights, the ecosystem, the associated data platform. Knowledge of applications related to the associated satellite imagery required.
• Business development and sales: proven track-record of securing satellite imagery and insights deals at high-level (corporate managers and government representatives)

• Knowledge of the data and insights ecosystem: good knowledge of the key stakeholders (customers, competitors, partners) internationally,

• Negotiation: ability to listen actively, be concise and convince

• Highly organised: strategy definition and implementation, coordinate, plan, manage opportunities and workload

• A strong communicator - You’ll be communicating a lot, so be confident in speaking, listening and writing, sometimes within large groups including customers
