Our Portugal Team

The team in Portugal is being set up from scratch - it’s our latest OC venture so you will be taking the lead in supporting our MD setting up the subsidiary!

What will you be doing?

You'll be supporting the day to day running of the subsidiary and office, working with the MD and individual teams to co-ordinate meetings and events, prepare and generate reports, support recruitment and on-boarding activities as well as making sure the office offers a productive work environment and remains welcoming to visitors.

What you need to be successful

• You'll be fluent in both Portuguese and English languages - Spanish and other European languages would be helpful too!
• You'll have an eye for detail in all aspects of work
• You'll be highly organised and able to keep track of multiple activities simultaneously
• You'll be pro-active, able to identify areas that need support and voluntarily step forward to undertake appropriate activities.
