MedPay is looking for a Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. He/She will provide complete training and share their expertise in ways that motivate others. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that knowledge base is updated at all times
• Training primarily the Operations team and other generic company processes
• Making a training schedule and conducting trainings
• Ability to conduct training sessions virtually
• Coming up with assessments at the end of every training.
• Preparing training modules, owing the entire training process

Requirements

• Should have prior experience in Process Training
• Should have laptop and internet connection
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Well-developed technical skills.
