As an Order Processing Intern, you will be joining a fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in various fields related to order processing. You will gain exposure to supporting the operations teams in achieving its annual goals and objectives as an active participant.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Assist in booking orders/appointments based on requirements
• Planning and managing the fulfillment of a customer order from Order to delivery
• Communicating with different stakeholders from various teams
• Managing order backlog to ensure timely fulfillment, invoicing, and closure
• Communicating risks to maximize forecasting accuracy
• Processing Returns and Out Of Box Failures
• Creating and updating Work orders on order Dashboards
• Supporting colleagues with the fulfillment of their flow orders

Requirements

• Individuals with less than 2 years of work experience (outside of co-op/internship/summer work experience)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) along with any other regional language is a mandate.
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, with an ability to learn new systems
• Analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate updates and issues to stakeholders in an easy to understand manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Exhibits behavior of being a self-starter driven to meet deadlines while continuously seeking a “better way” of accomplishing tasks and improving processes;
• Exhibits a strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and within a team.
