<p>Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Being actively involved in inbound and outbound voice process</li> <li>Provide a resolution to customers with minimum TAT time</li> <li>Must be open to learning</li> <li>Experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌tele calling‌/Voice Process ‌and‌ ‌knowledge‌ ‌of‌ ‌the below listed languages preferred</li> <li>Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Odiya, Marathi, Gujrathi</li> </ul><p>Requirements</p><ul> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Prior Customer Support experience in voice process - min. 6 months - 1 year</li> <li>Knowledge of multiple languages</li> <li>Immediate joiners preferred</li> <li>Those with Laptop, Smartphone, and Internet connection would be preferred</li> </ul>
