We’re looking for a commercially astute Sales Executive to drive both direct sales and broker acquisition / management. You will be spearheading customer acquisition as we look to scale our loan book over £100m. You will be supported by the VP of Sales and have the opportunity to progress quickly as we scale teams, based on your input and success.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years Sales or Broker Management with an SME Lender, with proven results
Knowledge of lending products and terminology with an understanding of SME finance.
Proven results working with Brokers / introducers (ideally you will have a network of these already)
Knowledge of Hubspot is beneficial but not necessary
You thrive in a changing and fast-paced collaborative environment; and can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
You have a growth mindset combined with high integrity.
Are emotionally intelligent, empathetic and personable. We care about our customers and take their needs seriously, so we need you to show that too.
Work with the VP of Sales to plan, implement and evolve best-in-class sales strategies and plans
Grow our panel of commercial finance brokers and, manage relationships with existing brokers to increase referral volumes
Arranging cold email campaigns and follow-ups to close direct business from UK SMEs.
Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
Create and deliver relevant content through blogs, case studies, LinkedIn post copy, and other marketing materials.
Conduct market research- identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
