\n\nIn order to pamper our French customers in food service, we need YOU!
\n\nYour missions are the following:
\n\n- \n
Providing a rapid & quality customer service: handle custom, transport issues, order issues & volume issues
\nFacturation & cash collection : create invoice in our ERP, solve invoice issues within 2 days, cash collection in collaboration with finance in case of litigation
\nBuild strong client relationships by keeping a regular warm contact and proactive approach
\nRespond to customer KPI’s & compare with own data
\nSmoothen the client start : make sure we have the relevant data with sales, provide extra care to first orders
\nControl invoices of logistics and transport
\n
\nPreferred Experience\n

You are having minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, order management and invoicing. A plus: Experience with French foodservice customers! Another plus: You are ambitious and would like to go for a teamlead role!
