What You'll Be Doing
- Spearhead Fairmart's sales and partner development program to unlock digital commerce for physical stores
- Develop and execute sales and partner acquisition strategies in response to company objectives
- Passionately represent Fairmart to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead a team of 2-3 BDAs, including their training and career development
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our users realize the full potential of Fairmart's technology

- Experience in training, organizing, and managing a sales, business development, or partnerships team
