You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will lead and mentor our fast-growing Sales team in APAC, ensuring that they achieve and exceed their sales targets. You will also work collaboratively with other key departments including Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing to drive overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Strategy: creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive company revenue and growth

  • Leadership: providing guidance and mentorship for the Sales team to enable them to excel in their role and achieve their sales goals and Customer Success to achieve upsell goals

  • Process Optimisation: identifying areas and processes for improvement and implement strategies to achieve overall efficiency

  • Market Analysis and Insights: staying on top of market trends and consumer needs in your respective global territory and adapt the sales strategy accordingly

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: tracking the sales performance of the team to identify strong performance, share best practice and highlight areas for improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Experience managing a Sales team

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making

  • Genuine passion for technology and social media

  • Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
