This is structured as a 9-12 month program to rival programs such as McKinsey's Associate Program. EiRs at Donut are supposed to incubate, build up and lead entire functions after 12 months

You'll work closely with the leadership team on building and managing Donut (backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, tech and product at Rothschild, N26 inter alia)

You'll manage major strategic projects end to end. Examples: open Donut in Europe; incubate the customer service team; improve CVR in sign-up by 2x; build brand partnerships

You'll represent the founding team in their absence in internal and external meetings including steering committees and major partnership conversations

You'll roll up your sleeves, no matter what needs to be done. We are an early stage start-up

You just love to own things end to end. If you weren't applying at Donut, you would probably be looking to start a business

You are passionate about changing the status-quo in finance and you want to build a new independent system that works for all

You have a never-ending curiosity and excitement for tech entrepreneurship and crypto

You graduated in the top 10% of your class in business, engineering, design, data or a related field from a top tier university

You gathered first experiences in start-ups, VC, strategy consulting or banking

You are great with excel, a data nerd (e.g. SQL) or UX/UI designer (strong plus)

Highly competitive salary. We look for the best and pay accordingly

Full-time contract. We are remote-first but have a preference for people based in Berlin

We will sponsor non-EU candidates wanting to come to Europe
