🎪 The role
You'll own all things Growth at Donut, which will include setting overarching growth strategy as well as channel-level testing and execution
You'll collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to closely to optimize for increasing customer deposits, app conversion and retention
You'll experiment with our Referral mechanism "Boosts", A/B testing various single and multiplayer features to create product lock-ins
You'll manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
You'll assemble, lead and mentor a cross-functional Growth team to guide Donut towards Series A and beyond — which will likely involve juggling many specialists (performance marketing, copywriters, designers)
🙌 About you
You have experience crafting and executing a holistic cross-channel Growth marketing strategies and familiarity with key indicators (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
You're excited to build your growth stack — right now we use Segment (data), Metabase (visualization), BigQuery (database), Customer.io (e-mail marketing) & Adjust (attribution) but let us know what you prefer!
You don't mind getting your hands dirty in all areas of Growth — that could mean coding the odd trigger e-mail campaign or running a digital ad to A/B test a new feature
You're passionate about personal finance and changing the status quo with innovative products
You are genuine, humble and a supportive team member
[Preferred] You have 3+ years of experience running customer acquisition at a new-to-market mobile app or DeFi/crypto product
You'll work closely with the CEO in this role
