• pour agrandir l'équipe Finance, et rejoindre Hélène, notre coordinatrice Finance/RH
• un(e) Finance Manager / Responsable Financier(ère)
• spécialiste de la gestion financière, budgétaire et administrative en PME-PMI
• qui saura structurer, gérer et développer la fonction Finance
• qui a le potentiel de devenir notre futur(e) Chief Finance Officer
• son rôle est crucial dans notre succès national et international à venir !

ET TOI, QUI ES-TU HUMAINEMENT ?

• tu es avant tout une personne bienveillante
• tu as une vraie intelligence relationnelle et émotionnelle
• tu fais preuve d'honnêteté, d'intégrité, de rigueur
• tu as une excellente capacité à apprendre très rapidement dans des environnements complexes
• tu as une langue française niveau C2 , et un anglais niveau B2 ou +
• tu coches déjà ces cases ?! Ca commence à matcher...

QUEL(LE) PROFESSIONNEL(LE) ES-TU ?

• tu as d'excellentes compétences en Compta / Gestion / Finance / Admin générale de PME-PMI
• tu as de solides compétences en stratégie financière pour PME-PMI
• tu as des compétences éprouvées avec le volet Finance d'un ERP
• tu as des compétences solides en contrôle de gestion ? C'est un bonus !
• tu as des connaissances/compétences/potentiels en finances de start-up, levées de fonds, financements dilutifs, BSPCE
• tu pratiques un management durable et bienveillant
• tu maîtrises les outils et technologies informatiques

• you have knowledge/skills/potential in start-up finance, fund-raising, dilutive financing, BSPCE, etc.
