About Converge

Construction is one of the most fundamental industries on the planet - just try to imagine human societies without buildings - yet it has also been left behind by the digitalisation revolutions which have transformed other industrial sectors. Construction also accounts for 11% of global carbon emissions, while employing 7% of the global workforce and accounting for 13% of global GDP.

At Converge, we believe that if we are going to be building the cities, structures, and societies of the future then something has to change. We also believe that change will be impossible if you are not measuring what’s actually happening on the ground. That’s why we are building our Physical Intelligence Platform, Construction DNA, to help the industry build the future more efficiently, more safely, and more sustainably.

We’re a small but ever-growing team of 54 people with a global outlook, counting 17 nationalities (and even more languages!) among us. As a team, we are passionate about cutting-edge digital innovation and driven by our mission to build the future more efficiently, safely and sustainably. Come join us!

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, creative and driven Marketing Executive to help us scale our marketing efforts across the board. Working across the full marketing mix, you will help boost Converge’s brand presence and mission in the construction technology landscape, as well as supporting activity that grows the top-of-funnel.

This role will help drive market adoption of an important hardware and AI-driven technology that aims to operationally improve and significantly decarbonize one of the most carbon emissive industries.

What will I be doing?

Whilst this role comes with tons of variety and project work, your key responsibilities will revolve around:

Organising trade shows and other events: from partnering with our Creative Director on show strategy and budget planning to project management on the day and everything in between.

Creating marketing materials and content:From case studies, our regular newsletter and event collateral through to video shoots for products and other creative endeavours. Co-own the creation of compelling case studies, by partnering with internal teams to generate customer testimonials and case studies.

Award Entries and Incubator Submissions: Supported by the Creative Director and wider team, draft entries, seek feedback, and edit before submission. Share award updates internally, on social media and through our newsletter.

Social Media: Schedule and deliver content across a variety of social channels. Ensure engagement with followers’ and prospects’ channels. Regularly report on social analytics and competitor activity.

Support product marketing efforts: Coordinate with product teams to assist in the planning of product launches, including the creation of collateral and distribution of press releases.
